NIAR is a data layer for physical commerce in Spain: based on a user's location and query, it shows in which nearby shops a product can be found. NIAR does not act as an intermediary in sales and does not process transactions between users and shops.

Accessing and using the website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of this legal notice. The user undertakes to use the site and its contents diligently and in accordance with the law, this legal notice, the terms of use and public order, refraining from using them for unlawful purposes or purposes harmful to third parties or to the owner, or that may damage, disable, overload or impair the normal use of the site.

The owner may modify, suspend or discontinue access to the site or any of its contents at any time without prior notice.

The NIAR trademark, as well as the website, its design, source code, navigation structure, databases, texts, graphics and other elements, are the exclusive property of Pholidota Studio SL or are used under the appropriate authorisation.
